RIP Honda Accord

Here’s a video you can watch to remember my old car. I strapped the camera to the roof and hit this road pretty fast. Actually, I did this quite often. This is probably the reason it blew up…

Welcome Back, Fat.

Oops! Looks like I kind of made the mistake of not putting this domain on auto-renew when I bought it. Needless to say, when the time came about, I lost the domain. Well, it just became available again, so I’m back online!

A lot has happened in the last few months. I could say that in any post, and you, the reader, would have no idea if it’s true or not, because I have never actually used this blog to do much more than post videos or funny pictures or other amusing things found on the internet. From now on I intend to use this blog as more than a place to post random shit from the internet that you could probably find anywhere else on the internet. So really, a lot has happened since Fat Luggage Vs. The World ended in one of the internet’s many dead ends.

For one, my car finally blew up! This is something I have been foreseeing for many chapters in my life, but it finally happened just last week. I drove it to the ground. The car had nearly 370,000 miles on it, but it probably could have made it to 400,000 if the brakes hadn’t fallen off. Oh well. It had a good run, and it had a grand final adventure to the high desert before dying. I will write about that trip later. It’s just the beginning in yet another chapter of my life.

So anywho, I am back to take on the world! Effective immediately.

The Wars Vs. The Trek

Which do you like better? Star Wars themed metal, or Star Trek themed metal?? I personally will always like anything Star Wars related better than anything Star Trek related. Give em a listen, and make up your own minds, nerds! Although, I am guessing that you, too, will choose The Wars over The Trek.

Anchorhead – Shredisode IV

OR

Stovokor – The Code (They are dressed like Klingons! With space and whatnot in the background!)

Tell me what you like better in the comments. It’s clearly going to be Star Wars. Trekkies end up being the type of nerds with better things to do than use StumbleUpon and read random blogs. They are probably solving math equations or something.

What I’ve Been Listening To Lately

A lot of people are always asking me what I’ve been listening to lately. Well, here are a few samples of what I have been listening to for the last two weeks. I will make another post like this in two more weeks. As for these last two weeks, it’s a lot of Crust Punk/Hardcore and a bunch of Black Metal. Hopefully you learn something from this post.

Behind Enemy Lines – Global Cannibal

Beard Update: 10-20-2010

Hello! I just took this picture of my beard. It’s getting there, but we will see how it looks at the end of the year, if I can keep growing it that long, that is. Enjoy!

RIP Eyedea

Micheal Larsen, AKA Eyedea, died October 17th, 2010. He was apparently found by his mother and, died from undetermined causes in his sleep. I’ve been a big fan of Eyedea since his early days after the Blaze Battles in 2000, and his first album with DJ Abilities, First Born. It’s still one of my favorite hip hop albums of all time. Here are a couple of my favorite tracks from his career.
